How do I start a new scan?

Accepted Answer

Open the Scanner page, paste the full URL of the website you want to analyze (including https://), choose the scanner type, and start the scan. SCANPIRE runs Total AI Readiness, AEO, GEO, AISEO, AAIO, accessibility, channel compatibility, and traditional SEO checks against the URL and streams progress back in real time.

Do I need an account to scan a website?

Accepted Answer

No. The Total AI Readiness Scanner is free to use without an account at scanpire.com/scanner. An account unlocks scan history, saved sites, deeper per-pillar analysis, and access to the full set of paid scanners.

How long does a scan take?

Accepted Answer

Most scans complete in 30–90 seconds depending on the size of the page, how many scanners are running, and how responsive the target website is. Progress is reported in real time through the WebSocket-powered scan status panel.

What scanners are included?

SCANPIRE includes a Total AI Readiness Scanner plus specialised scanners for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AISEO (AI Search Engine Optimization), AAIO (Agentic AI Optimization), Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 A/AA via axe-core), Channel Compatibility, and Traditional SEO. Each produces its own pillar score that feeds into the overall AI Readiness Score.

How do I read the AI Readiness Score?

The AI Readiness Score is a 0–100 composite drawn from every scanner pillar, then mapped to a tier ladder from "Not Ready" through "AI Pioneer". Higher pillar scores indicate stronger readiness for AI search, AI assistants, and agentic systems. Each pillar links to specific findings and recommendations you can action.

Why did my scan fail?

Accepted Answer

Only Foundational scanner failures or full browser failures abort an entire scan. Individual scanners (for example Gemini, PageSpeed, or Axe-core) may fail on their own without failing the overall scan — they'll appear as failed for that pillar while the rest of the report stays valid. Common causes are unreachable URLs, sites that block automated browsers, severe CSP rules, or temporary external API limits.
